John Ferrer

John Ferrer is a seasoned utility professional with extensive experience in water system operations and heavy equipment operation. Currently serving as a Senior Utility Worker at LADWP since November 2021, John has previously held positions including Utility Worker 2 at Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency, and Water System Operator 2 at the City of Torrance. Additional roles include Pipelayer at Doty Bros. Construction Co., Foreman at Turf Construction Inc., and Public Works Operator 1 at Rosamond Community Service District Foundation. John has a background in fiber optic technology from Tetra Tech and is pursuing further education in water system technologies at Antelope Valley College, following a completed degree from College of the Canyons.
