Justin Aleman

Justin Aleman, P.E., MBA, currently serves as an Electrical Engineering Associate III specializing in CIP Compliance at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since November 2017. Aleman has significantly contributed to the development of customer-facing distributed energy resource programs aimed at promoting renewable energy initiatives. Earlier roles at the same department included Associate II for DER Programs and Associate I in a rotational program, where impactful projects involved enhancing maintenance efficiency and improving infrastructure reliability. Prior experience includes an Applications Developer internship at Sony Interactive Entertainment America and various teaching assistant positions at Loyola Marymount University, coupled with internship experiences in web development and administrative support. Justin Aleman holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Engineering emphasis from Loyola Marymount University.
