Kir Bostic

Kir Bostic possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in program management, creative arts, and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Program Manager for the Commercial Lighting Incentive Program at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since September 2013, Kir has also held positions in operations support and as a vendor liaison within the same organization. Kir has been self-employed as an author and illustrator since February 2015, creating an illustrated fantasy road adventure novel. Prior experience includes serving as a Clerical Supervisor at the Los Angeles Housing Department and various roles in artistic and administrative capacities at organizations such as Barnsdall Art Center and Paramount Pictures. Kir holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, earned between 1994 and 1998.
