Klay Gorgin

Klay Gorgin is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and real estate, currently serving as a Civil Engineering Drafting Tech at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since May 2018. As the founder of Three Point Investment Group since March 2016, Klay provides comprehensive real estate services, including loan modification and foreclosure surplus funds management. Previously, Klay worked as a Public Works Consultant for the City of Calabasas, focusing on project developments and technical oversight, and served as Operations and Project Manager at JK & Associates, where expertise in AutoCad and project management was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes a role as a QA Specialist at Bank of America and co-founding Avenger ATV Performance Products. Klay holds a degree in Biology with a focus on Biochemistry from California State University, Northridge.
