Leonard Wong

Leonard Wong is an experienced industrial hygienist and safety professional with a diverse background in environmental health and safety (EHS). Currently serving at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since November 2016, Leonard has been instrumental in leading awareness training on occupational hazards and performing various assessments, including ergonomic, noise exposure, and indoor air quality assessments. Prior to this role, Leonard held positions at Amgen and Haz Mat Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing hazardous waste, conducting risk assessments, and providing regulatory compliance guidance. Leonard holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University-Northridge.
