Ngoc Kiem

Ngoc Kiem, P.E. is a Civil Engineering Associate at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since January 2022, with previous experience at the City of Los Angeles and Psomas. Ngoc began a career in civil engineering at AECOM and MWH Global, where responsibilities included groundwater sampling, LNAPL recovery, and assisting with technical reports and AutoCAD drawings. Notable internships involved data analysis for earthquake forecasting at the Southern California Earthquake Center and support as a student assistant at Pasadena City College. Ngoc holds a Master of Science in Civil and Water Resources Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
