Priscilla Gonzalez

Priscilla Gonzalez is a seasoned Project Manager at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, where they oversee significant capital improvement projects totaling over $1 billion, including water treatment facilities and trunk line replacements. Previously, Priscilla held various roles, starting as a Student Engineer with the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering and advancing through positions such as Associate Civil Engineer and Associate Project Manager. Priscilla actively contributes to leadership initiatives within their organization and has served as President of the Water Employees’ Club. Currently, Priscilla is participating in a Fall 2025 Women in Leadership program to further enhance their leadership skills and network with others in their field. Outside of work, they are a dedicated spouse and parent of three young children and volunteer with their children's Parent Teacher Association.
