Romulo T. Morales

Romulo T. Morales, P.E. currently serves as a Traffic and Transportation Commissioner for the City of Diamond Bar since March 2023. With extensive experience in mechanical engineering, Romulo has held various positions at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) since August 2015, starting as a Mechanical Design Engineer and advancing to Mechanical Engineering Supervisor. Prior to LADWP, Romulo worked as a Mechanical Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) from September 2012 to August 2015. Romulo's military background includes service in the United States Marine Corps from April 2002 to April 2010, where the roles included Squad Leader and M1A1 Maintenance Supervisor. Romulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Master's in Business from the USC Marshall School of Business.
