Tom De Smet

Tom De Smet is the Director of Facilities Services Division at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), where they lead a team focused on the acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance of complex utility spaces. Previously, Tom served as Manager of Power Construction and Maintenance, Construction and Maintenance Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Facilities Services Division at LADWP. Tom began their career at LADWP in 2006 as a Labor Supervisor. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at California State University, Northridge.
