Vernice Taylor

Vernice Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Commercial Service Supervisor at LADWP since May 2003, Vernice oversees Customer Service Centers, managing applications, credit assessments, payment collections, and resolving customer complaints. Prior to this role, Vernice was a Customer Service Representative Trainer, responsible for training new staff and updating operational materials. Earlier experience includes serving as a Traffic Officer II for the City of Los Angeles Parking Enforcement from July 1998 to May 2003. Vernice holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, along with an Associate of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from LA Southwest College.
