Carlos Rivera

Carlos Rivera has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Field Service Engineer Supervisor at Laerdal Medical since February 2012, where responsibilities include installation, configuration, and preventative maintenance of simulators and peripherals. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at TEKsystems as a Service Desk Technician, providing support for over 2000 applications, and at KGB as a Technical Support Representative III, assisting customers with internet and video services. Earlier career experiences include roles at Maxim IC and Texas State Technical College, where Carlos developed skills in production, training, and technical instruction. Carlos holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Game and Simulation Programming from Texas State Technical College Harlingen.
