Franck Riolo

Franck Riolo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and program development, currently serving as the Global Process Owner for Sales and Impact Management at Laerdal Medical since May 1996. Franck has held various leadership roles, including Strategic Project Lead for EMEA Customer Success strategy implementation, Central Europe Director, and Marketing Director for EMEA, focusing on market education, service strategy implementation, and team building across Germany, Austria, Poland, Benelux, and Switzerland. Prior to Laerdal Medical, Franck held managerial positions in the toner cartridge recycling business and worked as a sales representative in the copy machine sector. Franck holds an Executive MBA from emlyon business school and has completed coaching certification at the International Center of Coaching.
