Marius Mengel

Marius Mengel is currently a Lead Product Manager at Laerdal Medical, where they oversee a cross-functional team focused on delivering value through complex B2B software. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant at Webstep, managing software product development and coaching agile teams in the healthcare sector. Marius also held several roles at KPMG Norway, including Manager in the Advisory team and Senior Associate in both Audit and Advisory, working primarily with large clients in the oil and gas industry. They earned a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a MSc in Business Administration specializing in Risk Management from the University of Stavanger.
