Mike Evans

Mike Evans has extensive experience in customer care and business analytics, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Laerdal Medical since March 1995, overseeing internal operations across North and South America. Prior to this role, Mike held positions as Director of Business Analytics and Planning, focusing on sales operations, compensation, customer relationship management, and strategic planning, as well as Sales Operations Manager and Special Projects Manager, where responsibilities included customer segment and profitability studies, web design, and analytics. Earlier in Mike's career, from January 1992 to December 1995, a role as Customer Service Manager at Xerox was held.
