Matthew Koon

Matthew Koon currently serves in Digital Platform Development at Laetus Lab since 2022 and has been involved with elemenopi in Location Strategy & Economic Development since December 2011. Matthew's previous roles include Location Strategy at Rowan Digital Infrastructure in 2022, Location Strategy at Birch Infrastructure from 2019 to 2022, and Cloud Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture | Site Selection & Acquisition at Microsoft from 2016 to 2019. Earlier experience includes FDI Advisory & Economic Development and Management Consulting & Site Selection at Tractus Asia from 2010 to 2016, as well as co-founding CIG Consulting from 2007 to 2010. Matthew Koon holds degrees in Digital Health Strategy from Columbia Business School, Product Management from Stanford University, and a Master's Degree from the University of Washington's Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Religion/Asian Studies from Whitman College.
