Eric Piazza

Eric Piazza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and change management. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Lafayette Square Technologies since August 2025, Eric previously held positions as Vice President of Technology and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Lafayette Square Holding Company, LLC from March 2021 to September 2025. Prior to this, Eric spent nearly 14 years at Goldman Sachs, where roles included Vice President of Change Management Operations for both Consumer and Wealth Management and Global Markets, as well as earlier positions in client operations. Eric's career commenced with roles at Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing and Delphi Packard Electric Systems in 2004 and 2005. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2007.
