Rick Salmon

Rick Salmon has extensive experience in the security and construction industries, serving as a Security Integrator at Laforce Inc. since July 2000, specializing in the sales and design of comprehensive security systems for various sectors. Prior to this role, Rick owned and operated Nicolet Lock & Alarm Inc. from 1988 to 2000, providing locksmith services and security solutions. Earlier work experience includes positions as an Electrical Operator at International Paper and a Locksmith at Martin Hardware, where Rick focused on service and installation of locks and security systems. Rick began their career as a Builder at Bilt-Well Components, managing construction and operational tasks. Academic qualifications include an Associate Degree in Instrumentation from NWTC and a high school diploma from Preble High School.
