Robert Russell has extensive experience in the security integration field, currently serving as the Security Integrations Operations Manager at LaForce since April 1997. In this role, Robert oversees the operations of the Security Integration department, aligning activities with company objectives to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this position, Robert worked at W. J. Russell Builders & Russell Electric from January 1984 to December 1994, holding roles as a Programmer/Analyst, Computer Specialist, and Carpenter/Electrician within the family business. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, completed in 1994, and attended NWTC for further education in 1996.
