Corey Castillo, Ed.D., MHA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2007, Castillo held a role as Store Manager at Nutrition 4 Less before transitioning to 24 Hour Fitness as a Department Manager and later as a General Manager and District Sales Leader. During their time at 24 Hour Fitness, Castillo achieved significant revenue growth and promoted numerous leaders. In 2015, they joined the United Way of Greater Los Angeles as a Senior Director of Development & Operations, where they implemented organizational restructuring and cost reduction initiatives. Castillo later served as the Head of Optimization, focusing on organizational development and revenue enhancement. In 2020, Castillo worked as the Director of Operations at Optum before joining Lagerlof, LLP as the Chief Operating Officer and Consultant for Organizational Development, M&A, and Growth Strategy. Additionally, Castillo is a member and published contributor to the Forbes Coaches Council. In 2016, they also established their own executive coaching and strategic consulting firm.

Corey Castillo holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.
