Small group classes are conducted on Lagree’s proprietary M3S Megaformers, an engineering marvel that has evolved over 20 years. Every session combines strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility into an intense experience on a gliding platform manipulated through a system of springs, straps and pulleys. Every move is performed as slowly and controlled as possible to make your workout incredibly efficient and effective while placing minimal impact on your joints.

Both of our studios are beautiful, bright, and sparkly clean spaces where you’ll feel right at home when you enter. One of our customer service representatives and/or knowledgeable instructors will be happy to greet and assist you in any way you need. One of our team members will help you get settled before our instructor gives you a thorough rundown of the Megaformer prior to class. You’ll be surrounded by our friendly, supportive community of Lagree’ers who will quickly put you at ease with their warmth and dedication.
