Anne Simolinna

Anne Simolinna has extensive experience in legal, sustainability, and governance roles. Currently a board member at Kemijoki Oy and LähiTapiola Uusimaa, Anne also serves on the Sustainability Committee of the LocalTapiola Group since 2024. Anne's leadership in sustainability is further demonstrated through positions at Neste, where responsibilities include Head of Sustainability Reporting and Governance, Head of Sustainability Risks and M&A, and Head of Legal and Risk Management for Engineering Solutions. Additionally, Anne is a co-owner and farmer at Puutula Family Farm and has held various legal roles at Neste Jacobs Oy, Krogerus Attorneys Ltd, Wärtsilä Corporation, and White & Case LLP. Anne holds an LL.M. from the University of Helsinki and an LLM in International Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School.
