Roosa K.

Roosa K. is currently the HR-Palvelujohtaja at LähiTapiola, where they focus on aligning reward practices with organizational objectives and culture. Previously, Roosa served as Director at Evli Alexander Incentives Oy and PwC Finland, overseeing reward services. They also held roles as a Consultant and Senior Reward Consultant at Mandatum Life Insurance, and conducted research at both the National Institute for Health and Welfare and Aalto University. Roosa earned an M.Sc. in Economics from Jyväskylän yliopisto.
