Lahjavida Bio is developing a first-in-class Dye-Drug Conjugate (DDC) platform — a new class of tumor-targeted small-molecule cancer therapies designed to fight cancer without devastating the patient.

Our DDCs combine a proprietary near-infrared tumor-seeking dye, a cleavable linker, and clinically validated cytotoxic payloads into a precision delivery system that concentrates treatment in tumors while sparing healthy tissue.

Unlike antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), DDCs leverage small-molecule chemistry — enabling simpler manufacturing, broader tumor applicability, and a potentially faster path to patients.

Preclinical results demonstrate:

-Up to 93% tumor growth inhibition
-Up to 8× reduced toxicity vs. comparator agents
-Sustained efficacy beyond 30 days

We are currently advancing our lead candidates toward IND, supported by a team of oncology veterans from Pfizer, Genentech, GE Healthcare, National Jewish Health, and Chromatic Technologies, Inc.
