Located on the second floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown, Lai Wah Heen 麗華軒 has long been regarded as one of North America’s leading destinations for refined Cantonese cuisine.

Following a thoughtful reopening and renovation, the restaurant enters a new era that blends tradition and innovation through elevated flavours, artful presentation, and warm hospitality.

Our culinary philosophy celebrates the depth and elegance of Cantonese cuisine, reimagined with a contemporary touch. From our intricately crafted dim sum, once named among North America’s finest, to our signature à la carte dishes and curated tasting menus, each plate reflects both technical mastery and modern artistry.

Beyond daily service, Lai Wah Heen offers private dining and event experiences in four beautifully redesigned rooms, ideal for intimate celebrations, corporate gatherings, and cultural occasions. Each space embodies its own character and ambience, thoughtfully designed to complement our cuisine and service.

At Lai Wah Heen, every detail from the menu to the décor is a tribute to modern Cantonese dining at its most elegant.
