Ryan Williams has a solid background in engineering, having worked at Laidig Systems Inc. since May 2016, progressing through roles from Design Engineer in Research and Development to Senior Design Engineer and currently serving as Project Engineer. Prior experience includes an internship as a Planter Platform Intern at CNH Industrial in 2015 and a role as a Grounds Crew Member at Swan Lake Resort in the summer of 2014. Additionally, Ryan gained technical experience as a Technician at Williams Expert Pivot and Pump, Inc. from April 2011 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University and an Academic Honors Diploma from John Glenn High School.

Laidig Systems, Inc. manufactures custom engineered storage and reclaim systems that aggressively unload non-flowable and semi-flowable materials including: biomass, wheat bran, soybean meal, DDGS, powders and chemicals. Our uniquely designed reclaim auger rotates 360 degrees around the bottom of a storage silo or dome to provide consistent, first-in, first-out (FIFO) unloading. Laidig reclaim systems can be installed in both flat and cone bottom structures, and are capable of handling a wide range of storage and output capacities.
