Patrick Witting

Patrick Witting is a highly experienced technical professional with a strong background in visual effects and animation. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Duality since March 2023, Patrick previously held the position of Lead Technical Director for FX at Pixar Animation Studios, where contributions included rig development and fire simulations for the film "Elemental." Patrick's extensive career spans roles such as FX Supervisor at Sony Pictures Imageworks, Digital Artist at Walt Disney Feature Animation, and Founder of Squeaky Cat Software. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Scientific Computing and Computational Mathematics from Stanford University and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from American University.
