Will Kramer

Will Kramer is the CEO and Co-Founder of Laila, a company dedicated to transforming the tech recruitment sector through advanced AI technologies. Since June 2021, Will has led efforts to create an Intelligent Recruitment Ecosystem that integrates experienced tech recruiters with the proprietary AI tool, HireGPT. Prior to this, Will co-founded Laila: AI Assistant and served as a Machine Learning Engineer, where the development of machine learning models was a primary focus. Will's entrepreneurial journey began with the co-founding of Avoneu Inc., where responsibilities included product development, as well as experience as a Software Developer at Paychex and CFC. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, earned in 2006.
