Laila's Gift is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for, supporting, and celebrating children with special needs and disabilities. Founded in 2022 by Shari Bailey and Michael Nash, and inspired by their daughter Laila's journey with Jacobsen Syndrome, we are committed to creating a world where every child is cherished and included.

We believe in honoring the unique strengths and milestones of children with special needs while supporting their families. By providing resources, encouragement, and tailored celebrations, we aim to bring joy and recognition to these remarkable children and shed light on the challenges faced by their caregivers.
