Bashar Safa is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in design management and project engineering. Beginning as a Graduate Structural Engineer, Bashar honed technical skills in structural design and stakeholder communication, progressing to roles such as Site Engineer and Structural Project Engineer at Advanced Construction and Will Rudd Davidson. Over the years, Bashar served as a Design Engineer at Carey Group Plc, where responsibility included project oversight and training of junior engineers.
