Jack Higgins is an experienced construction manager with a career at Laing O'Rourke beginning in June 2013. Initially serving as a site engineer, Jack quickly progressed to digital engineer and graduated to various roles including section manager before becoming construction manager in August 2015. Notable involvement includes the Oxford University Biochemistry Completion Project. Jack holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2015. Prior education includes attending John Mason School from 2004 to 2011.
