Mina Ibrahim

Mina Ibrahim is a Senior Procurement Manager at Laing O'Rourke since March 2020, leading multiple projects and ensuring the efficiency of procurement operations to meet targets in Cost Savings, Supplier Diversity, and Procurement Sustainability. Previously, Mina served at Samsung C&T Corporation from October 2008 to February 2020, holding various roles including Head of the UAE International Procurement Office, where oversight of site projects across Infrastructure, Plant & Building took place. Other positions at Samsung C&T included Subcontracts Manager and Senior Procurement Engineer, focusing on subcontract management, commercial evaluations, and the RFX process for major projects, alongside early roles in QA/QC and project engineering for significant power plants and large-scale developments. Mina holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
