Paul McNerney

Paul McNerney (MRICS) is an experienced board member currently serving on the Liverpool to Manchester Railway Partnership Board since November 2024 and as a UK Competitiveness Committee Member for the Confederation of British Industry since August 2024. With a career at Laing O'Rourke beginning in September 1999, Paul has held several significant roles, including Director of Clients and Government, Director and Head of UK Building, and Managing Director positions for Crown House Technologies, Explore Manufacturing, and Select Plant Hire. Paul’s educational background includes a degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from The University of Manchester, a Senior Executive Programme from London Business School, and additional studies at The University of Queensland.
