Rob Turner is currently the Company Secretary and Head of Legal, Corporate & Compliance at Laing O’Rourke, a position held since 2003. With extensive experience as in-house legal counsel, Rob specializes in corporate governance, banking, restructuring, commercial law, real estate, intellectual property, and ethics and compliance. Prior to this role, Rob worked as a Corporate Finance Lawyer at Nicholson Graham & Jones LLP and K&L Gates LLP from 1997 to 2003.
