Ross Broad

Ross Broad has extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as an HS&E Advisor at Laing O'Rourke, focusing on the Hinckley Point C project since November 2024. Previous roles include a Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship at TMB Patterns Limited and positions as a Toolmaker at Sterling Products and Patternforme LTD, where skills in milling and TIG welding were developed. Additionally, Ross Broad operated as a Plasma CNC Operator at BYLOR Joint Venture and held the position of Arc/Mig Welder upon arriving at HPC. Ross Broad also contributes as a Health and Safety Representative for Unite at HPC.
