Steve Pomeroy

Steve Pomeroy has extensive experience in commercial management within the construction industry, currently serving as a commercial manager at Crown House Technologies since 2006, focusing on the commercial delivery of data centre projects. Prior to this, Steve held the position of commercial manager at Laing O'Rourke, where responsibilities included leading all commercial aspects of data centre schemes. Steve's background also includes a role as M&E Commercial Manager at Wates, managing PFI school projects, along with earlier experience in the same role at Laing O'Rourke from 1997 to 2003.
