Antonella Da Ros has extensive experience in customer experience and communication, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience & Communication at Lainox Ali since August 2006. Antonella's responsibilities include digital communication management, customer care leadership, human resource development, and serving as the CEO’s Executive Assistant. Prior to this role, Antonella worked at Marcolin from March 2003 to August 2006 as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Assistant, supporting commercial and marketing operations. Antonella is pursuing a degree in Lingue e Letterature Straniere, Relazioni Pubbliche at the Università degli Studi di Udine.
