Thomas Arnou

Thomas Arnou is an experienced professional in the insurance and actuarial sectors, currently serving as Market Lead France at Laka since September 2023. Thomas has been the CEO of cylantro assurances since 2018, where the company acts as a trusted intermediary between clients and insurance partners, focusing on innovative insurance products related to mobility. Prior experience includes serving as a guest trainer at Ecole Polytechnique d'Assurances from 2014 to 2017, facilitating master classes for insurance executives on topics such as Solvency II and strategic management. Thomas also held the position of Head of Actuarial at SPIRICA from 2011 to 2017, where responsibilities included the development of the actuarial service and compliance with Solvency II regulations. Thomas holds an actuarial degree from the Institut de Science Financière et d'Assurances (I.S.F.A) and completed education at Lycée Clemenceau in Nantes.
