Daniel Funk is a highly skilled food scientist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product formulation and development. Currently serving as the Business Owner of Daniel Funk Media LLC since November 2023, Daniel also holds the position of Senior Formulator at Lakanto, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing various food products from concept to production since November 2020. Previous roles include Formulation Specialist at Lakanto and Food Technologist at The Jackfruit Company, along with diverse experiences in culinary education and event management across multiple establishments.
