Fran Tobin

Fran Tobin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, leads People & Culture at Lake Champlain Chocolates, where they focus on fostering dynamic workplaces through collaboration and innovation. Previously, Fran served as the SVP of People & Culture at Vermont Public and held various roles in human resources, including Director of Human Resources at American Flatbread and Director of Administration at Parent to Parent of Vermont. Fran also coordinated the Women's Small Business Program at Trinity College of Vermont from 1993 to 1996. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Organizational Development at Lesley University, Fran maintains a commitment to continuous learning and social responsibility.
