At Lakelin Consulting, I partner with mid-sized private companies to turn their goals and ideas into real results. My goal is to make sure your business plans don't just sit on a shelf – they actually get done.

My unique background blends hands-on experience in how businesses run with a deep understanding of how people and organizations work. I take a whole-systems approach to work. This means I look at your whole company to understand how everything fits together to make sure changes stick and lead to real success. My background also includes extensive experience in family owned businesses, both lived experience and theoretical study.

I design strategic planning sessions that empower your team to build their own winning strategies. I guide leadership teams through strategic planning, help design clearer structures and processes for your company, and set up systems to manage important projects. I support you by integrating strategic planning with robust organizational development and practical execution methods, ensuring your strategy isn't just defined, but truly realized. When you work with Lakelin Consulting, you get a partner who helps you build a clearer path forward to achieve your most important goals.
