Eric Solheim

Eric Solheim currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Planning, Transportation & Trade Compliance at Lakeshore Learning Materials, a position held since April 2017. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Mattel, Inc. from August 2008 to April 2017, including Senior Director of Demand Planning and Director of Customer Facing Supply Chain. Eric's responsibilities have encompassed managing large demand planning teams, developing strategic supply chain visions, and implementing software solutions that improved inventory levels and service metrics. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Supply Chain at Robeks, where Eric managed supply operations for 156 locations and led projects to improve market penetration. Eric holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Supply Chain Management and Business Management from Arizona State University.
