Prior to this role, Ron held the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing at Guymon-Harvey LLC from February 2017 to February 2019. Ron's background includes over 16 years at Continental Casting and Perry Machine and Die, where responsibilities encompassed sales management and project management in magnesium, aluminum, and zinc diecastings as well as plastic injection moldings. Ron's career began at Diemakers as a Tool and Die Maker, advancing to project management over nearly 23 years from May 1978 to January 2001.
