Lakeside Neurologic TLF, LLC, a private, for-profit, post-acute residential rehabilitation community, in central west Florida. Specializing in the treatment of Adult and Pediatric traumatic brain injuries and other neurological impairments. 

Treatment programs include-
Intensive Rehabilitation Therapy- (15+ hours p/week of PT, OT, SLP Therapy) with the goal to restore physical, cognitive, and emotional function to improve independence.

Supported Living- Enriching quality of life by providing a homelike environment with access to vocational, educational, and recreational opportunities while receiving supervision and assistance that may be required.

Community Integration- Providing a bridge between post-acute rehab and the community, utilizing real world settings to teach and apply skills to live and work successfully in the community.

Our Adult and Pediatric programs are developed with the goals of both residents and families in mind.  We feel that education is a core component of rehabilitative treatment and strive to provide residents and families with tools that they can use upon discharge.
