Opening its doors in 1964, Lakeview Village soon became a leading Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the Kansas City metropolitan area, and is now the largest in Kansas.

History

Lakeview Village quickly became the benchmark for Continuing Care Retirement Communities by offering residents innovative new concepts such as Lakeview™ LifeCare and whole-person wellness. Today, our community consists of three apartment buildings, garden cottages, villas by Don Julian Builders and our skilled nursing care center. Construction on Eastside Terrace, our Community Wellness Center, was completed in 2010. It houses a saltwater, indoor swimming pool, fitness center featuring state-of-the art equipment, bistro, short-term rehabilitation services, assisted living and more.
