Eric Selk is an experienced professional in the housing and mortgage sectors, currently serving as AVP of Homeowner Assistance Fund Programs at Lakeview since February 2022. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Mortgage Servicing Consultant from March 2020 to February 2022, focusing on enhancing consumer-facing solutions for mortgage servicers with 15 years of expertise in outreach, coalition building, and state and federal relations. Eric's previous tenure as Executive Director at HOPE NOW from January 2008 to July 2020 involved leading efforts to support families in avoiding foreclosure by bridging the public and private sectors on compliance and operational best practices. Eric also held positions as a Consultant and Director of Outreach, implementing national campaigns to address the foreclosure crisis in collaboration with key stakeholders. Eric holds a Master of Fine Arts in Design from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Wayne State College.
