Paul Loo

Paul Loo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aviation and consulting industries. Currently, Paul serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lalamove and holds advisory board positions at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Airline Strategy Group. Paul co-founded Triple Point Consulting and has held multiple leadership roles at Cathay Pacific Airways, including Chief Customer & Commercial Officer and General Manager of several divisions. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and has completed executive programs at prestigious institutions such as Stanford, INSEAD, and Tsinghua University, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Toronto.
