The Lalan Group is one of Sri Lanka’s largest diversified conglomerates, with an extensive global network encompassing pan-industry interests in rubber, tea, and other plantation manufacturing; service industries; engineering and the leisure sector. Established three generations ago in Sri Lanka, the Group, which started primarily as a rubber commodity trading operation, has expanded, developed, and modernized its operational modalities in keeping with global changes. However, the group remains rooted in the family company's traditional, socially, and environmentally conscious values. 


LALAN ECO-LATEX is a wholly owned subsidiary of LALAN, focusing on manufacturing sustainable sleep solutions for the home furnishing industry.

We are currently operating three business models.
•	Manufacturing Organic Latex foam for bedding and furniture industry worldwide.
•	GOTS certified bedding and mattress manufacturing factory for sustainable and organic home textile retail brands worldwide.
•	Recycling o  cuts from the above two manufacturing processes to reduce solid waste disposal. We are manufacturing. an eco-friendly medium and high density rebonded foam from post manufacturing fall o s. Rebonded foam is used in many industries for insulation, furniture cushioning and packaging. Rebonding process drastically reduces the solid wastage of the polymeric material which takes a long time to biodegrade.

Eco Latex is committed to practice Science Based Targets initiatives to reduce the Carbon footprint. Our current business operation has a balance between emitting carbon and absorbing carbon from the atmosphere. This carbon sinks through and reduces water consumption by adopting new methods and technologies including introducing water recycling systems wherever possible. In addition, recycling post manufacturing o cuts into regenerated raw materials. We are constantly developing new products using natural, sustainable, and recycled materials.
