Lam Capital is the corporate venture capital arm of Lam Research, dedicated to supporting breakthrough innovation that shapes the future of the semiconductor industry and adjacent deep-tech domains.
Our mission is to partner with visionary founders building technologies that address some of the most complex challenges across the semiconductor ecosystem — spanning advanced manufacturing systems, AI-enabled tools, materials and process innovation, automation, robotics, and sustainability-driven solutions that improve efficiency, resilience, and resource usage.
More than capital, we bring hands-on technical insight, industry access, and a long-term partnership mindset. We work closely with our portfolio companies to accelerate adoption, navigate the semiconductor ecosystem, and turn breakthrough ideas into technologies that matter.
