Arul Moorthy is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with extensive experience at Lam Research since April 2013, where responsibilities have included design and development of Next Generation Semiconductor Panel Products and leading a 24-member Electrical team. Arul has successfully hired, mentored engineers, and coordinated cross-functional teams on various projects, notably developing innovative solutions such as a Multi-node Simulator Test stand and a configurable power distribution box that significantly reduced lead times. Before Lam Research, Arul served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at RGBSI, working on new product development for deposition products, and as a Junior Engineer at National Aerospace Laboratories, contributing to electrical activities for the indigenous SARAS aircraft. Arul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
