Ben Bonner

Ben Bonner has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Managing Director of the W CVD Product Line and Customer Interface for Metal Deposition at Lam Research since March 2012. Previously, Ben held several leadership roles at Lam Research, including Senior Director of KAT & GPS for Direct Metals and Director of Business Development and Product Management for Direct Metals. Prior to that, Ben worked at Novellus Systems from November 2005 to June 2012 as Business Development Manager and Senior Process Development Manager, and at Applied Materials from 1998 to 2006 as Engineering Manager. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Missouri State University.
